Costs of projects highly OVERBLOATED that's why JOHNMAHAMA is unable to display the costs of the individual projects.. .. .. Hugely borrowed monies largely ended up in NDC private pockets.. ........ . So we're having few projects to show for billions of dollars borrowed.. .. Poverty created by JOHNMAHAMA and NDC is unprecedented.. ..... So we can't even employ nurses Dr's and teachers automatically like we used to do previously.......
