2014 MTN Hitmaker 2nd Runner Up, Emperor, releases 'Word of God'

Known by his stage name Emperor, the 2014 2nd runner-up of the television show, MTN Hitmaker, has put his talent into action by releasing an urban gospel rap music titled 'Word of God'.

The new single with its marvelous instrumentation was produced by Qweci King; joining his predecessors Miriam Afari of season one and Koo Ntakra of season two who are already sailing successfully in the music industry.

'Word of God' which talks about preaching the word of God to individuals in all parts of world has its lyrics well conveyed in a very slow rhythm communicating to the message he’s trying to put across.

The song, though not following the trend of typical Ghanaian gospel songs, is well coordinated with lots of advice to worship God wholeheartedly.

'Word of God' evidently puts the young artiste in competition with the Qwesi Otengs and others who have made a mark in Ghana and beyond with their kind of gospel songs.
