Fast-rising Ghanaian gospel singer, Sunshine Selina, has bagged four nominations in this year's edition of the Western Music Awards, organized by Westline Consult.
The sensational singer, who took the entire gospel fraternity by storm with her soul-touching Extended Play (EP) dubbed 'Jesus Confirm For Me,' has received four nominations in the prestigious awards for her hard work in the year under review.
Her song 'Confirm,' which featured renowned gospel act Joyce Blessing, was nominated in the Best Gospel Song and Collaboration of the Year categories.
Sunshine Selina also received nominations in the Western Diaspora and Best Video of the Year categories. This is her first time being nominated in the awards scheme after her epic comeback to active music.
Her Extended Play, featuring prominent musicians like Joyce Blessing, Uncle Ato, Kofi Feelings, and Ranata Rabbles, enjoyed massive airplay and online attention.
The EP was undoubtedly one of the best bodies of work from the Western region but was surprisingly exempted from the Best EP/Album of the Year category.
Sunshine Selina's nominations in the awards scheme are a testament to her hard work, determination, and zeal to promote Ghana to the world through gospel music.
