Kade (E/R), March 2, GNA - Hannah Mensah, a hairdresser, was on Tuesday asked by the Kade District Magistrate Court, to return a mobile phone she seized from a 64-year-old man, who made love with a woman in her room without consent.
The court however asked Hannah to keep an amount of GH¢ 150 she was accused of stealing from the pocket of Thomas Asare, the accused. Police Inspector Francis Cobbina, prosecuting, told the court that at about 1430 hours on February 10, Asare had sex with Felicia Appiah, a 21 -year-old woman, in Hannah's room without authority.
He said while Asare was making love with Felicia, Hannah bumped into the room, took the complainant's shorts containing his mobile phone and cash of GH¢150.
The accused reported the case to the police and Hannah was arrested. Hannah who pleaded not guilty told the court that she was not at home when the complainant and Felicia went to her house to have sex. In his ruling the Judge said for one to celebrate love with sex in another person's room without consent was regrettable.
