A NORTHERN AFFAIR premieres after winning 8 awards @ the 2013 GMAs

After sweeping the 2013 Ghana Movie Awards with 8 wins, movie lovers in Ghana got to see Leila Djansi’s ‘A Northern Affair’ during the premiere at the National Theatre on Friday evening.

In attendance were the stars of the movie, including Joselyn Dumas, John Dumelo, Jon Germain, Beverly Afaglo and others.

Also in attendance were other stars such as Vivian Achor, Gloria Sarfo, Ama K Abebrese, Maria of Big Brother The Chase, Elikem Kumordzie, Irene Opare and more.

‘A Northern Affair’ stars Jocelyn Dumas as Esaba Jomo, a nurse who teams up with Dr. Manuel Quagraine (John Dumelo) in a small fishing village to provide healthcare.

The two begin to fall in love but each one of them had a dark secret that will threaten whatever love they’ll share.

Written and directed by Leila Djansi, it is produced by Access Media, owned by Mabel Germain with support from Ifactory Live.
