The cast of award winning Ghanaian movie, ‘A Northern Affair’, would be joining the public from this Friday January 17 to watch the movie at the Silverbird Cinemas in Accra.
The movie was officially premiered on January 3 at the National Theater and would start showing at the Silverbird cinemas from this Friday and expected to be there for weeks.
This would likely give the public an opportunity to watch the movie in the same cinema with some of the cast including Joselyn Dumas, Jon Germain, John Dumelo Beverly Afaglo, Kofi Adjorlolo and a host of others.
Northern Affair came out the most successful film at the last Ghana movie awards with eight awards including the overall; Best Picture Award. It has since received different reviews with many giving it thumps up.
Joselyn Dumas stars as Esaba Jomo, a nurse who teams up with Dr. Manuel Quagraine (John Dumelo) in a small fishing village to provide healthcare. Sparks fly and the two begin to fall in love. But each one of them has a dark secret that will threaten whatever love they’ll share.
TV anchor, Jon Germain also had a thumps up for his amazing performances from some critics. Written and directed by Leila Djansi, it is produced by Access Media, owned by Mabel Germaine with support from Ifactory Live.
