Emmanuel Samani of Media General
Emmanuel Samani is a young, energetic and an ambitious man, who studied medical laboratory science at ATU and topped up at Baldwin.
He graduated and became a fulltime laboratory scientist in 2018 at the 37 Military Hospital.
He later on found his passion for journalism and presenting, overweighing that of being a laboratory scientist.
He then decided to run after his passion, after facing a lot of discouragement and disappointment.
He didn't get discouraged by all these, he fought harder till he got his first opportunity, by hosting a reality show dubbed "Next Top Actor."
Regardless, he still fought harder and never stopped learning.
His performance, while hosting "The Next Top Actor" convinced the management in charge of the reality show “Media General” into employing him.
On the first of April 2020, he got employed by Media General, as a news reporter and a news anchor.
On the 20th of May this year Emmanuel Samani made his debut of anchoring, on the news in brief at 3;30 and 5;30 pm.
He is however grateful to family and friends, who supported him in making this decision and is hoping that this will just be the beginning of greater things and impact in the entire media space as he hangs his lab coat.
