AJ DaHottest speaks: Why I’m donating my kidney to OJ Blaq

Liberian-born Ghanaian Rapper, AJ DaHottest, has revealed what motivated his decision to donate one of his kidneys to a friend and colleague, OJ Blaq, who is reportedly battling double kidney failure.

AJ DaHottest, in an exclusive interview with GhanaWeb said what inspired his decision was that “we are good friends and it’s heartbreaking to know he is in that situation”.

The 'Benkemormi' hitmaker, however, said he knew people will take his gesture as a publicity stunt but quickly chipped in that “I am not in for the fame because I had the fame back in my radio days.”

The Afro Pop artiste who believes OJ Blaq is not an ordinary artiste is saddened by the fact that not much attention is given to his current situation.

The rapper urged others to come to OJ’s aid to enable him stay alive rather than waiting for his death and start to shower him with praises.
