Celebrated radio personality and tourism ambassador, Abeiku Aggrey Santana, has donated student beds to Ghana National College, as the school prepares to celebrate its 70th anniversary.
The gesture was to encourage other old students to support their alma mater, which is one of the best schools in Cape Coast.
He presented 10 student beds worth thousands of Ghana cedis in addition to a GH¢1,000 cash donation to Kwesi Plange House of the school.
This happened over the weekend during the launch of the ‘Ghana National College’s 70th Anniversary Celebration & Annual General Meeting’ held at the Trade Fair Centre, La Accra.
Abeiku remains one of Ghana National College’s illustrious past students. He has made giant strides in Ghana’s radio and showbiz industries and has been representing Ghana very well on international platforms.
He is one of the country’s few presenters who like to educate themselves.
He currently holds a post-graduate Diploma in Public Administration, DS in Criminal Law, Advanced Certificate in Public Relations and Advertising, an Associate in Legal Services and Litigation and Associate ACIM among others.
He established his own business support firm, Strategic Communications, about several years ago to identify young unemployed graduates for events, advertising, public relations and human resources.
He was recently appointed tourism ambassador and has since been garnering support for the industry.
