Abrantie the gentleman didn’t deserve EMY Award – Official Kwame

3MusicFlava co-host and YFM presenter, Official Kwame has expressed concern about the just ended EMYs 2017 – Designer of the Year category.

The eloquent Afrocentric described Abrantie the Gentleman’s victory in that category as debatable.

Stressing that it is nothing personal, Kwame considered Brommon Bespoke the more deserving winner as he felt Abrantie had not lived up to expectation in the year under review.

"This is not to bash him as a person but I just feel like he didn’t deserve it this year because I haven’t seen him doing anything substantial between 2016 and 2017.”

“I think Brommon Bespoke should have won because now he has dressed president Nana Akufo-Addo, the Vice President and I feel like that award should have gone to him.” he added.

Brommon Bespoke’ is a fashion house owned by CEO, Kweku Boateng Akuoko. They specialise in the making of quality hand-made Italian suits for men and have been in existence in Ghana since January 2014.

His clientele includes Bola Ray, CEO of EIB Network and Ex-Black Stars captain, Stephen Appiah.
