Ackah Blay opens Stanbic Street Jazzfest in style

Ackah Blay, legendary Ghanaian guitarist and Highlife musician, thrilled fans with a master class performance on the first day of the Stanbic Street Jazzfest.

The street Jazz, which kicked start on Tuesday, February 12, was gear up towards the main event dubbed the 2019 Stanbic Bank Jazz Festival to take place from February 28 – March 2, 2019, at the Labadi Beach Hotel and the Fantasy Dome.

Blay electrified the atmosphere with some his past song and display flawless skills on the guitar together with his crew.

Blay, would perform alongside Salif Keita, Richard Bona, and UB40 group at this year's festival under the theme “Nostalgia” as reliving past memorable music times.

Next stop for the Stanbic Street Jazzfest will be in Legon Okpongolo Junction on Thursday, February 14, 2019.
