Veteran actor, William Addo has undergone a successful eye surgery on Thursday April 7, 2016.
Sounding extremely chirpy, the sixty-six-year-old "Akpatse", told Dr. Who, host of hot and classic showbiz review on Hot 93.9fm in Accra that he has successfully undergone his proposed eye surgery.
"I thank God for my successful surgery. It was done at the inter-star eye clinic and laser center at Osu near the old American Embassy" He told Dr. Who.
He added, "I will like to take this opportunity to thank all those who paid the requisite amount for the surgery. I thank them for the great love shown to me. From Kwame Sefa Kayi, Brian Amoateng, Bola Ray etc and to you Dr. Who".
William Addo, weeks ago told Accra-based Hitz Fm that he was gradually losing his sight as a result of glaucoma and cataract, thus, he needed immediate care or would lose his sight.
