Viewers of Viasat1 should expect new and exciting programmes this month of May. Following the huge success of the iconic ten chapter series ‘Adams Apples’, Sparrow Productions has embarked on another eventful journey with the feisty Adams girls and their equally vivacious counterparts.

Beginning on the bright note of forgiveness, renewed vows, great business and honeymooning in London, an unexpected kidnapping and a ransom note for ten million cedis throws the family into instant chaos and starts them on what will become the most ferocious chapters of their lives yet. Make a date at 6:30pm this and every Sunday for the continuation of a journey full of drama, excitement, sorrow and love on Adams Apples.

Viasat1 has also acquired exclusive rights to telecast in Ghana the maiden edition of X Factor Africa. The show, which will run for 18 weeks, is contested by aspiring singers, drawn from public auditions and is open to all ages, sex, styles, solo acts or groups. The first few episodes of the show will see auditions from Port Harcourt, Abuja, Kumasi, Accra and Lagos.

The X Factor has consistently ranked the No 1 entertainment programme across the world, especially among the young adults. With X Factor, the entertainment scene in Ghana will never be the same again. It begins mid-May on Viasat1.

Later this month, Viasat1 will unveil another hit telenovela for its 3:00 p.m. belt, as The One Who Couldn’t Love comes to an end. Already known for excellent choice of telenovela, viewers can only expect another suspense-filled story with quality sound and pictures. Details of the next telenovela will be disclosed in due time.

Meanwhile, 4Syte TV, premieres on Viasat1 this Monday, May 6 at 1pm. The one-hour television programme hosted by Jeremie and Jay Folie, adds to GH and Beyond to become the second production of 4Syte TV on the station.
