The award winning TV host and ‘queen’ of comedy has long before the election period, shown massive support to the former president, albeit with some rare days of taunts and jabs.
Afia, who is also a staunch Christian, took to her Instagram page on Thursday to offer prayers for her fans, and her ‘daddy' John Mahama.
Afia showered Former President Mahama with words of support, as she prayed for his success in many new endeavors while representing Ghana.
She wrote: “Bless my daddy John Dramani Mahama with Strength,wisdom and good health as he travels around the world representing this great nation on various platforms in Jesus name.”
John Mahama was recently seen at the 2017 African Presidential Roundtable in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he met with other former heads of state from the continent.
The conference aimed to bring together the former presidents to share their ideas and bring to the fore, some solutions to solve the problems facing the continent of Africa.
