Ahead of the much anticipated Versatile Show ‘Beggars’ Replay which is slated for 21st December 2014 at the National Theater, organisers have reported that 195 tickets have been stolen by an assailant taxi driver on the Taifa – Kwabenya road.
The incident happened on Thursday, 27th of November, around 8:11pm when the victim, a worker at Firm Bridges Communications took a taxicab (registration number not known yet) to her house but was threatened with a sharp knife by the driver and ordered to drop her bag in the car and get down.
The incident has been reported at the Taifa police station for further investigation. Meanwhile Firm Bridge Communications – organisers of the show have issued new tickets for the Versatile Replay Show which has embossment on them compared to the stolen tickets.
Firm Bridges Communications is also urging the general public to buy tickets at the rightful venues to limit the incidence of fake tickets being acquired.
The authorised venues to secure tickets for the Versatile Replay Show are the Airport Shell, Baatsona Total, Tema Shell, Front Desk of Firm Bridges Communication, Peace FM, Koala, Silverbird and the National Theatre for GH? 100. Meanwhile, Okyeame Kwame and his enthusiastic actors have promised patrons that there shan’t be a dull moment.
The Versatile Show ‘Beggars’ Replay which is written by Okyeame Kwame comprises music, comedy, dance, drama and poetry laced with magic.
The cast includes Okyeame Kwame, Wanlov de Kubolor, Adjetey Anang, Ekow Smith-Asante, Samini, Keche, Adina, Choir Master of Praye Fame and many other performers.
