Music producer and sound engineer, Appietus has descended heavily on the President of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo to sack the Creative Arts Minister from office.
Stakeholders of the creative arts industry have constantly bemoaned the tendency of various governments to neglect their needs.
A very pissed Appietus had these words for the president of the land, “the president shouldn’t wait till it’s too late, if the minister can’t do the job she should be sacked”.
In his opinion, Mad. Barbara Oteng Gyasi who replaced Catherine Afeku was clueless as to what her duties were.
Appietus reiterated the importance of the industry in nation-building and asked for a distinction in the tourism and creative arts ministry.
He is of the opinion that there should be 2 different ministries for both the creative arts and tourism sectors.
Appietus aired his views on Okay FM when Halifax hosted Monday’s edition of the station’s Best Entertainment show which was monitored by zionfelix.net.
