A sneak peek into the life of Akwaboah confirms that the artist would be releasing a new single titled "Naadu" on 21st April, 2017.

The SarkCess Music signee and Africa 1 Media managed Musician is set to release the record as a follow-up to his VGMA nominated previous release, "Hello" which featured Sarkodie.

Asked why he keeps releasing love songs back to back, Akwaboah responded..."Once Love remains a life subject, music will always play an integral part of human life and it's my calling to make sure that the subject is given the right attention". Great words indeed!

Generally, the song has a poetic nature. Akwaboah made great use of homophones, metaphors, and similes in the lyrics making the song very descriptive.

On the record, he mainly sang about the qualities of his lover that makes her distinctive and different from other women.

He stressed further on that as the reason(s) why his love for "Naadu" will never fade.

At a point, the singer said "The taste of salt and sugar cannot be compared to the sweetness of your love. You're needed at the emergency ward because your facial expression can heal the sick" (literally translated from the Twi language.)

Ghana and the world await this record from such an incredible music artist.
