All Male Presidential Candidates must be circumcised - Mayor

Ex-Ghanaian American "Mayor" calls for a Law in Ghana to require Male Presidential Candidates to be Circumcised to serve as Role Models --- in view of World Health Organization (W.H.O.) Findings.

The Politician who is optimistic that his Uhuru Party (UP) will change the course of history in Ghana's 2008 Presidential election has been stripped naked as reliable sources have confirmed that he is now looking for a future First Lady in case he wins the Presidential race, and will not confirm or deny that the parents of his former Persian girl friend in Beverly Hills may step in to finance his Presidential ambition and "Kwame Mayor" has refused to answer to reporters' question as to the reasons behind his separation from his former Ethiopian, Liberian, Jewish, Swiss, Mexican, Eritrean and American girl friends or College Sweethearts.

"President John Kennedy is alleged to have dated Marylyn Monroe and President Bill Clinton allegedly dated Monica Lewinsky. Kwame Mayor, who is asking the Nation's Youth to avoid reckless sex and to refrain from unprotective sex until marriage - and if that fails, to always use protection at all times, reminded the Nation that studies conducted by the World Health Organization (W.H.O) have revealed that male circumcision would reduce the dangers of H.I.V. that causes Aids and publicly called on Ghana to promulgate a law that would require all Male Presidential Candidates to be circumcised as a condition to run for the Presidency so that they can serve as Role Models in the fight against aids - through circumcision.

The politician acknowledged that he himself circumcised at the age of 12 which is considered late and that had it not been his Childhood act of bravery which led him to call a "wansam" to circumcise him against the Royal traditional practice of Asantes who once frowned upon the circumcision of Royals and heirs to Chieftaincy Stools, he would have been left un-circumcised.

The Politician who was known as J.P.K--- "the Political Advisor" during his Great Koss days attended Governor Guggisburg or Government Boys School, Asem and according to sources, he was raised in a strict Catholic environment.

At age 17, he tasted the "Forbidden Fruit" in the proverbial Garden of Eden and he admits that had he been circumcised earlier, he might have eaten the "Apple in the Garden of Eden" at a younger age. Nevertheless, he is appealing to the Nation to ensure that all Males are circumcised for the Public interest of fighting against the spread of aids.

However, the Politician who earned the nickname "America's Mandela" capped his "Olive Branch" by still reminding the Nation that President Kuffuor once accepted a position with the Military regime of Rawlings' PNDC --- notably after AFRC Military regime had unjustly and illegally executed former Heads of State and Army Generals, including the brave Okatakyie Akwasi Amankwa Afrifa and the beloved Real Admiral Amedume, to mention but a few ---- also reminding Ghanaians from all walks of life that former President Rawlings and Ex-Major Boakye Djan are "Coup Mathematicians !!!".

Even after offering the "Olive Branch", the Politician, an anticipated Ph.D. student in Political Science at the prestigious Claremont Graduate University (CGU) and alumnus of the prestigious University of Southern California (USC) accused President Kuffuor's government of systematically stealing several of his ideas which have become Monumental in Ghana ---lamenting : "President Kuffuor has never given me any credit and his government has always enjoyed taking the credit with the sole aim of trying to destroy my Political Career".

"Osagyefo" (KWAME MAYOR), who enjoys iconic support from the Nation's Youth and whose followers cut across political, social, economic, ethnic, tribal and religious boundaries, hinted that he will soon register his Political Party, Uhuru Party (UP) with Ghana's Electoral Commission and also, register with the Electoral Commissions of the rest of African Countries, especially Ethiopia, Libya, Egypt, Nigeria, Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Mali, Guinea, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Angola, South Africa, to mention but a few --- telling the World Community that he would need more than $30 Million Dollars (Equivalence) to build a formidable Political Party and infrastructures of Democracy, Freedom, Liberty; Equality and Social Justice, etc in Africa.

The Politician says he would ask Ghana's Electoral Commission to allow him to transfer the votes he would receive in the 2008 Presidential Campaign to the Flagbearer of the CPP, noting that his Candidacy would not harm his traditional Party, the CPP but would rather harm the other Political Parties such as the NPP and NDC which lack a true and sincere vision of "One Africa !!!".

" Uhuru Party trancends Ghana.
