Information gathered by YEN.com.gh shows that RuffTown Record’s new signee, Fantana, is alleged to have been involved in a theft case.
According to documents seen by YEN.com.gh released by journalist and lawyer Chris Vincent, Fantana was arrested in the US for theft.
The original name on the document shows Fancine Nyanko Koffi, referred to as “West Palm Beach Arrest Inmate".
The document also revealed that Fantana was released on November 14, 2017. For the charges, Fantana was allegedly charged for “Larc grand theft 300 less than 5K Dols”.
She was also offered a $5,000 surety bond.
The date of birth as indicated on the documents is July 3, 1997.
Checks by YEN.com.gh revealed that Fanata just celebrated her birthday on the same day as contained in the document.
The photo as contained in the document has been alleged to have some sort of resemblance to the singer.
Meanwhile, Fantana is just less than a month old at RuffTown Records and has already been involved in some form of controversy. She recently revealed in an earlier report by YEN.com.gh that she wants a man who can cook for her and also pamper her because she does not know how to cook.
Fantana also disclosed that she was introduced to Bullet by Wendy Shay.
