Ama K. With Hollywood’s Taye Diggs

African Movie Academy Awards best actress Ama K. Abebrese has been caught on camera having a great laugh with American actor Taye Diggs, born Scott Leo Diggs.

Taye, who according to Wikipedia, was born January 2, 1971, got married to ‘Rent’ co-star actress Idina Menzel on January 11, 2003. They have a son, Walker Nathaniel Diggs, who was born on September 2, 2009.

The Ghanaian actress cum UK presenter is still single as she has managed to keep her love life under wraps, after she earlier denied any secret affair with Ghanaian International Black Stars player Kodjo Asamoah.

Taye is an American theatre, film and television actor. He is known for his roles in the Broadway musical ‘Rent’, the motion picture ‘How Stella Got Her Groove Back’ and the television series, ‘Private Practice’. His nickname, ‘Taye’, comes from the playful pronunciation of Scotty as ‘Scottay’.

Abebrese and Diggs bumped into one another in Canada last week, at the Avenue Bar in Yorkville, downtown Toronto, where both stars were hanging out. “She bumped into him at the Avenue Bar where they having an after party,” a source told NEWS-ONE.

Ama was in Canada as part of the premiere of her new movie starring Kimberly Elise, Omotola Jalade and Ebe Bassey. Ama has photos with a lot of international stars including Rihanna, Akon and Neyo but this is the first time a photo of her and Taye is popping up. It is yet to be confirmed if they’ve met before.
