Amakye, Lee Duodu and Kofi B set to usher in New Year

The Abrantie Spot is expected to come alive with fun and excitement on Thursday, January 1, 2015, when three of the nation’s finest highlife giants join forces to thrill fans to usher in the New Year in style.

The artistes who are expected to set the stage on fire with good highlife tunes include the legendary Amakye Dede, the sensational Germany-based Lee Duodu as well as the ‘Bantama Kwesi Boakye’ hitmaker, Kofi B.

The show, which is expected to attract hundreds of music fans in Accra and its environs, has been dubbed the biggest and official New Year highlife party.

In an exclusive interview with BEATWAVES, the headline artiste, Amakye Dede, promised patrons several surprises on the night but remained tight-lipped on the details.

On his part, Lee Duodu has promised to give fans his best as usual.

Kofi B is also sure to dish out fascinating highlife tunes to the audience on that day.
