Abraham Attah’s manager Mawuko Kuadje, has disclosed that he’s working to ensure that child actor Strika known in real life as Emmanuel Nii Adom Quaye also gains international recognition like the former.

“I manage Strika too but the only difference is that Strika hasn’t gotten the exposure Abraham had but we are in the process of making him something big across the world… we are working on it so hard.

He disclosed that a short movie yet to be premiered featured the likes of Strika, John Dumelo and Yvonne Nelson, and will be a good platform for the young actor to also get the needed recognition as Attah.

“People like you (Referring to the Host) if you add your voice, he (Strika) will also become big because the Americans made Abraham,” he told Feeling Daddy on Empire Entertainment Review.

The manager who was part of the casting team which identified Abraham Attah disclosed that though Americans press releases described him as a street kid which was wrongly interpreted by Ghanaians adding that Abraham loves to hang out on the street but not a street kid.

When asked how Abraham felt after his ‘Thank You’ comment after receiving an award at the Oscars, he opined “Abraham was really hurt, it affected him emotionally. He felt like he was mocked and also felt like Ghana doesn’t appreciate his talent because no one in Hollywood or America said that. We all different human beings may be no one knows his tongue but when I met Abraham we spoke about it and we looked at the positive side of it, it made him more popular and laughed over it and said whenever people talk about you say well he’s still getting the fame. Ghanaians may rather make him famous by saying negative things but Americans will make him famous by saying positive things.”

Meanwhile, management of the award-winning young star is collaborating with Afri-Gold Impact to embark on a peace campaign tour dubbed “Ghana Peace Drive- Let Ghana Win”.

This project is to educate the public on the importance of maintaining peace before, during and after the presidential and parliamentary elections. The team has produced a documentary that will be used for the education nationwide.

The team will travel to flash point communities across the country with a video van to show the documentary in the public gatherings and also distribute over ten thousand T-shirts with peace inscription on them for free.

This project is aimed at bringing harmony and providing a peaceful atmosphere for people to co-exist and pursue their dreams and aspiration.
