An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth’ - MzGee drops another criptic message

Media personality MzGee has opened up about her relationship with her former colleagues on United Showbiz, stating that she is not obligated to maintain close ties with everyone she worked with on the programme.

Speaking on Adekye Nsroma, the former United Showbiz host explained that she only keeps in contact with people she has a genuine relationship with.

“I speak to whoever speaks to me,” she said, adding that if she has no personal business or friendship with someone, she sees no reason to force communication.

MzGee noted that her time on United Showbiz was strictly professional and should not be mistaken for a family bond.

“The show was work, not a family business; I’m not obligated to keep in touch with everyone I worked with,” she said

The broadcaster also made a cryptic comment about betrayal, saying, “You can’t stab people in the back and expect them to keep quiet.”

However, when asked whether she personally felt betrayed by some people during her time on the show, she brushed off the question and declined to provide details, insisting that she did not care about the issue.

MzGee further revealed that she is currently in what she described as an “eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth” era, although she maintained that she is not naturally vindictive.

According to her, she endured a lot during her time in the media industry and often chose to ignore certain situations just so she could focus on her work.

She explained that outside of work, she does not tolerate disrespect or unnecessary behaviour, a trait she believes many people often misunderstand.

“I don’t play too much, and people see that as disrespectful, but that’s not who I am,” she stated.
