Attention-seeking Kontihene didn't discover me - Kwabena Kwabena

Highlife artiste, Kwabena Kwabena has said claims by Kontihene that he invested in him are lies.

Kontihene on several platforms has indicated that he is sad Kwabena Kwabena hasn't been very successful with his music career and have claimed to have produced his first album.

But speaking on the issue for the first time on 3 Music after several years, Kwabena Kwabena indicated that Kontihene has never invested in him or any of his projects.

"Even talking about the about he said he invested in, he collaborated with me on two songs which are Asor and Trodo. The album has nine tracks and there was seven that I recorded myself. Two, the song Aso has an investor from the United States of America called Isaac".

According to him, Kontihene heard of him, walked up to him and pleaded that he sings on his song, 'Esi' which became the toast of many.

He added that he was not discovered by Kontihene like he keeps telling the world.

Kontihene featured Kwabena Kwabena on his single, ‘Esi’ which is considered as one of his best records. The highlife artiste, on the other hand, featured the rapper on ‘Asor’ which arguably shot the former to fame.
