The University of Ghana, Legon, has taken to social media to celebrate the commendable achievement of Afronitaaa and her dance partner at the recently concluded Britain's Got Talent competition.

The university's congratulatory message highlighted the duo's contribution to raising Ghana's profile on the global stage.

"Kudos to Danita Akosua Adomah Yeboah (Afronitaaa), a third-year Banking and Finance student at the University of Ghana Business School, and her dance partner Abigail Dromo. Your third-place finish at the 2024 Britain's Got Talent is a significant accomplishment. Well done!"

Afronitaaa and Abigail claimed the third spot in this year's edition of Britain's Got Talent, contending for the substantial £250,000 prize and the opportunity to perform at the Royal Variety Performance.

Despite not clinching the top prize, their performance won the hearts of both the audience and the judges.

Sydnie emerged as the victor of Britain's Got Talent this year.

Post-event, Afronitaaa expressed gratitude for the chance to display their talent on such a prestigious platform and thanked the people of Ghana and the diaspora for their unwavering support.

Britain's Got Talent is adjudicated by Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, and Bruno Tonioli, and hosted by the popular duo Ant and Dec.
