Bad marriage not an excuse to live recklessly - Caroline Sampson

YFM presenter and a mother of one, Caroline Sampson has expressed her dismay as to the excuses young people give for living a single life and not getting married.

According to her, yes marriages are failing, divorce rates are on a high but yet still other people’s marriages are working and are enjoying theirs.

She has advised all and sundry to for once, stop looking/using all the bad marriages as an excuse to live a reckless single life and start taking tips from the ones getting it together in the most difficult times and staying together.

She also advised that marriage will be beautiful if you want it to, and that you just have to put in work.

Yes marriages are failing & sh*t. Divorce rates on a high & sh*t. Single folks wanna stay single so bad coz it ain't looking good from where they looking & who they looking at. That's eff'd up coz you know what? There are others enjoying theirs. Others tolerating each others good & bad every damn day coz it's worth it, coz they remember their vows, for better & for worse, coz they understand how difficult it is to live with the same person for the rest of their lives & the only way is to compromise, sacrifice, tolerate, love, care, forgive & all the other bits that make a whole. So why not for once, stop looking/using all the bad marriages as an excuse to live a reckless single life & start taking tips from the ones getting it together in the most difficult times & staying together?
