‘Donkomi’ hitmaker, Barima Sidney has released a song which he best describes as a Letter from Castro titled, ‘Me nwu y3? on Sunday, July 5, 2015.

According to him, “the song talks about the mysterious disappearance of our brother, Castro, and this song assures his family, Ghanaians and loved that he is either dead or alive wherever he is currently after his mysterious disappearance.”

“On Monday, July 6, 2015 marks a year since Castro disappeared at the Peace Hotel in Ada along with his female friend, Janet and just as many are still doubtful whether or not he (Castro) is alive. And the message in the song indicates that he is not alive neither is he dead at his current base, and that’s why I recorded ‘Me nwu y3?,” he added.

Barima Sidney further noted, “Besides the laws of the land states that until 7-years, a person who has disappeared or gone missing cannot be declared dead.

So, apparently, ‘Me nwu y3? is a song to assure us all that there is a possibility for Castro to be alive.”

It would be recalled that Hiplife musician, Castro together with his female friend, Janet Bandu went missing while Jet skiing during a weekend rendezvous at the Peace Hotel, Ada on July 6, 2014.

The rendezvous included Ghana Black Star captain, Asamoah Gyan and some friends on the fateful day.
