Batman
You well know of famous international dance and ragga artistes outside the homeland Ghana who are making it big and doing very well. The likes of Sean Paul, Elephant Man, Mad Zart, Super Cat tells you how the dancehall and ragga industry is very competitive outside since all the artistes are splendid with tremendous voices.

In Ghana, Emmanuel Samini better known as Batman is one of the finest famous who is doing very well in the music industry. His existence has brought this kind of competition in the music industry since his name is on everyone?s lips. He has and is still being applauded in many circles.

He has the charisma to move people to their dancing feet and always hypes the frenzy on the dance floors because of his dynamism. Batman?s dream of becoming famous all started way back when he was featuring on most tracks of various artistes in Ghana. He has done a couple of featurings with artistes like Mary Agyepong, Ekow Shailo, Bak Tyre, Paa Solo, Okomhyefo, Kokovelli, K.K. Fosu, Mad Fish, Nana Acheampong and the likes.

Recently, he performed on an exclusive show which was organised for the purpose of launching Bruna?s (Angolan artiste) album. His performance really moved people into frantic ecstasy. His lyrics made the crowd fall in love with his songs and it even pushed many to dance with him.

Others were rushing just to take a glimpse of him. He almost stole the show because he was stunning. It got to a time that as he was performing, he allowed the crowd to sing with him. I was astonished when I heard almost everyone singing every part of his song. This really shows how his songs are well known and how people love his songs.

As you all know he is out with his maiden album titled 'Dwankwansere' with amazing and lovely tracks like 'Linda' which always moves guys and ladies to their feet anytime it is being played. Second on the album is 'Mmaa' (Ladies) featuring Nana King. It tells of how a young man is being bothered by a lady and thus cannot find his way out.

'Abrabo' follows next with this kind of raglife rhythm in it. This lovely tune highlights on the hardships and difficulties one has to face or go through in life but in the end achieves nothing out of the hardwork. This tune is to console everyone that there is still hope and that they should hold on tight and have this feeling of optimism in themselves.

Other interesting tracks include 'Lambure' (Unity) featuring Gogome,'Di Wo Line Mu' featuring Nana Bamfo,'Kokurobotie' featuring Denkyem and Ogabi, 'Do something' featuring Amingo, 'Egwee' (King) and 'Linda' (remix) featuring Ogabi.

An instrumental of 'Linda' closes the album. This magnificent album was recorded at Ashanti International Studios and Pidgen Music and is being managed by Tony Pun. Batman is being executively produced by Alex Frimpong of Lexyfri Productions.

On 24th June, 2004 the outskirts of Ghana will be on fire. Batman will be going on a nationwide tour whereby he will be visiting 18 towns in the 10 regions of Ghana.

Courtesy of Lexyfri Productions, this tour is to promote the album and also to enlighten people on the reasons for promoting peace and how it should be done.

The launching of his album will be in August, 2004. All you out there should therefore trust in Ghana Music.Com for more information on it since we are the first to bring information on every artiste.

From my perspective, this talented dude has marvelous things to offer the general public. He is truly the King of dancehall in Ghana and can make a mark on the international scene. He is an artiste who can compete with the likes of famous international artistes mentioned earlier on.
