Becca, Patoranking working on new music

Soul Singer Becca is working on a new song with Award-winning Nigerian Dancehall artiste Patoranking, livefmghana.com can exclusively report.

We are told the song which will be released in the upcoming days will feature on the upcoming albums of both artistes.

An insider tells us the great chemistry between the two whilst recording makes the song one to look out for.

Becca was born Rebecca Acheampong on August 15th, 1984.

She started her professional career signing with EKB Records owned by Kiki Banson. Her first single ‘You Lied To Me’ was released in August 2007, followed by the release of her debut album ‘Sugar’ on November 13 in the same year.

The album featured a collaboration with renowned South African legend Jazz musician Hugh Masakela on the song ‘I Love You’.

She won Most Promising African act at the 2010 KORA Awards, and a multiple Ghana Music Awards winner.

She is a product of Morning Star and Wesley Girls High school. She holds a degree in project management at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

Becca also studied at the prestigious Croydon College in London, UK, getting professional knowledge on childcare and being an education worker.
