Beef with Kaywa really affected me – Yaw Berk

Young Ghanaian musician, Yaw Berk born Randy Amoah has disclosed that, misunderstanding between him and Highly Spiritual label owner Kaywa had a negative impact on him.

According to the former signee of the Highly Spiritual label, his conflict with Kaywa affected him both mentally and musically.

Speaking on Happy FM’s ShowbizXtra he said, “The problem between Kaywa and I really affected me. Not only musically but mentally as well. The promotion of my music suffered largely".

On his authority, people who were supporting his music stopped. “They all felt I was not being appreciative of the label I was signed under”, he told host Doctar Cann.

Yaw Berk acknowledged that God is our helper but he does that through men also. He made known that, it was difficult to find a helper during his conflict with Kaywa to the extent that some music promoters blacklisted him.

Yaw Berk has now come to a realisation that anger only hurts an individual and is never the solution to a problem. He has rendered wholehearted apologies to Kaywa on every platform he gets.

The artiste is currently promoting his 7 record album titled ‘I am Yaw Berk’.
