Ghana’s most celebrated highlife musician Bisa Kdei has disappeared from the music scene for some time now.
After he released his last album titled ‘Highlife Konnect’ somewhere 2018, he has totally been missing from the scene.
Bisa Kdei came up in a discussion on Zylofon FM's Showbiz Agenda hosted by Sammy Flex and the Showbiz pundits came up with different opinions as to what may have caused the sudden disappearance of the musician.
Some believed that he is not transparent in terms of making his activities known to the public even when he travels abroad, others also suggested that his publicity team is weak.
“The very last thing we have seen from Bisa Kdei was when he performed at the Manhyia Palace during the anniversary celebration by Asantehene Otumfuo and since then, nothing has been seen from him again. He is still not seen around the industry like before and this has affected his influence if you ask me. He is too young to bow out at this time in his career. I am wondering why he was not even nominated in this year`s VGMA but then again let`s blame him for his absence” a panel member added.
