Artiste manager, Bullet, has taken responsibility for the current rift between his record label, 'Ruff Town Records', and Wendy Shay.
Clarifying the situation on United Showbiz, Bullet disclosed that after Wendy Shay's contract had expired, a record label in the United States approached her for a deal.
However, he deemed the offer unsatisfactory and thus didn't consent to her signing with them.
During the negotiations, tensions arose, leading Bullet to suggest Wendy Shay could leave if she desired.
"Typically, when artistes and labels clash, we tend to blame the artiste. But in our case, I blame myself. There was a moment of anger on my part," he confessed.
He acknowledged Wendy Shay's diss track aimed at him but expressed pride in her achievements post their fallout.
Bullet revealed that they are actively resolving their differences and are well into discussions to renew Wendy Shay's contract with Ruff Town Records.
