Rhythmz, a two-hour interactive music show on GHONE entertainment television station shown from Monday to Friday between 12pm to 2pm has seen so many changes throughout the years. It first used to be a one hour programme hosted by Chris Attoh and as the years went by, celebrity interview segment was added to the show to make it more interactive and entertaining.
Rhythmz this year has undergone a 360 degrees makeover and new segments have been added to the show to ensure a hundred percent satisfaction viewing pleasure.
The new phase of Rhythmz will each day of the week present something new to its viewers for instance on Monday, there is a game show which features scrambling of celebrities faces or voices for viewers to identify and popular song lyrics for viewers to provide the missing words. This segment will be very entertaining as viewers will call in to participate in the game show and also get the chance to win amazing prizes
Tuesday edition of Rhythmz features back to back hits from two artistes and viewers again get to decide amongst the two artistes who they prefer most.
Wednesday edition as usual will be the interview segments but this time not only musicians will be interviewed, the interview segments will this time play host to sound engineers, music producers and footballers. Make sure not to miss this edition because your favorite footballer, sound engineer or music producer might be the one on the interview seat.
Thursday edition of Rhythmz has always been a request show, this time the request show will be taken to the streets and offices so stay tuned because the Rhythmz team might be coming to your office soon or even be spotted on the street. Friday’s edition of Rhythmz will be a countdown of twenty videos of musicians across the world.
Rhythmz has for some time now been hosted by Blaqboi who is no stranger in the entertainment industry however, the new phase of Rhythmz will also see new faces who will be co hosting the show with Blaqboi; the new face co hosting with Blaqboi is Berla.
Berla Addardey 24years old graduate of University of Ghana and a 2nd runner up for Miss Malaika Ghana 2010 developed her passion for TV presenting on Achimota campus where she used to present most of their school events. She’s a beautiful and intelligent young lady who has aspirations of going into the acting industry and is currently the producer and voice behind the daily Buzz on Ghone TV.
An interesting thing that puzzles the mind is whether the producers of Rhytmz, GHONE TV specifically chooses light skinned girls as co hosts. The era of Chris Attoh as the rhythmz presenter saw pretty light skinned girls such as Pam Blackmore, Joselyn Dumas and Nicky Samosa as co hosts.
Blaqboi undoubtedly has a rich black skin colour whiles his co host is light skinned so what is it in particular with Rhythmz that makes only fair ladies qualify to co host the show?
The new phase of Rhythmz promises to be fun and very captivating so tune in to Ghone TV every Monday to Tuesday between 12pm and 2pm and be a part of show and who knows you might win some cash, see your favorite music producer, sound engineers, footballers on the interview seat or even appear on the request show
