Bola Ray whose real name is Nathan Kwabena Anokye Adisi proved he is the boss of the crème de la crème of Ghana’s airwaves once again, having dazzled the big weights to win the 2015 Radio and Television Personality of the Year Award.

The co-host of Starr FM’s award-winning Starr Drive and host of most-listened-to personality profile show Starr Drive was the people’s choice after a year of delivering compelling programmes laced with segments which impact directly on society.

Bola Ray, who is the CEO of EIB Network – owners of Starr FM, Kasapa FM, Live FM, Ultimate FM, Agoo FM, Empire FM, Heritage newspaper, Starrfmonline.com among others – also won the Late Afternoon Show Host of the Year (Starr Drive) which he co-hosts with the Boss Lady Anita Erskine.

He also picked the Greater Accra Radio Personality of the Year award.

He expressed gratitude to his wife (Dorcas) for being there for him as well as his staff for their unflinching support.

“This award means that everything you conceive you can achieve and thanks to all of you here and everyone at EIB Network… and my beautiful wife Dorcas of Ecobank, I love you,” a visibly elated Bola Ray said.
