The ultimate winner of Born Starz season 2 will scoop a cool GHc10,000. Born Starz is the first talent show by Viasat 1, aimed at unearthing and developing skills and talents from individuals and groups from all walks of life. With no age restrictions and talent barrier, the show gives the public an equal opportunity to exhibit their unique abilities.
Viasat 1 Newscaster Bobbie Osei will be the Presenter for this season. The eloquent anchor joins the three judges, Ben Brako, Paulina Oduro and David Oscar, as the search for the next Born Starz takes off.
Viasat 1 will begin broadcast of Born Starz Season 2 from this Sunday, October 6, 2013 at 8pm. This will be the first of 11 weeks of the show, with weekly highlights on Tuesdays at 8:30pm.
Auditions are still ongoing at the NAFTI Studios every Saturday with the final one set for October 26. There will be six audition shows in all, with two contestants going through to the next level each week. The 12 most impressive acts will compete in the semi-finals and then the ultimate acts will compete at the grand finale.
With four more auditions to go, interested talented individuals or groups can still pick a free form at Koala Shopping Mall, Max Mart, Viasat1, MAP or NAFTI. The form is also available online for download at www.viasat1.com.gh.
