Brother Sammy (R) has debunked claims that he neglected Prophet Seth (L) when the latter was ill
Gospel singer Bro. Sammy has gone to the rescue of Prophet Seth Frimpong who has been absent from the music industry on health grounds for almost three years now.
Brother Sammy is among several musicians the Dancing Prophet as affectionately called, trained but he disclosed that most of them had neglected him when he was bedridden.
The Prophet in an interview disclosed that even on his sick bed, some Gospel musicians he has mentored including Brother Sammy and Christiana Love have neglected him and did not even call to check up on him.
He is quoted to have said that Brother Sammy visited him once and even with that he was told people had to call and convince him to visit him.
But responding to the Prophet, Brother Sammy indicated that he has not neglected the prophet like it’s been widely reported.
He cited instances he gave drugs to be administered on him and visited him anytime he had time to spare.
He said “anybody who said I have neglected Prophet is lying. I have visited him and I visit him severally. Sometimes I administer his drugs to him. Maybe he is talking about other people but for me, I have done my best for him since he took ill”.
