Hosts of Celebrity Fan Zone on Viasat 1 celebrates 1 year anniversary
Ghana’s biggest celebrity and lifestyle show, Celebrity Fanzone (CFZ) celebrated their one year anniversary last Saturday on Viasat1. Celebrity Fanzone since its inception last year has hosted so many stars in Ghana notably; Reggie Rockstone, Shirley Frimpong Manso, Stonebwoy, EL, Kwabena Kwabena and many others.
The show, over the past one year, has evolved to become a strong brand for promoting social justice, celebrating achievers in Ghana and also discussing very relevant social issues that affect millions in the country and around the world.
The CFZ pundits have been noted to voice their concerns over several challenges that affect many Ghanaians, popular among them being the CFZ pundits’ unanimous condemnation of the vituperations employed by politician, Kennedy Agyapong and comedian Afia Schwarzenegger during their public banter some months ago.
The CFZ pundits also did not shy away from calling for accountability during the “brochure debacle” in March that brought so much international ridicule to the country.
Celebrity Fanzone has increasingly grown to become one of the most cherished brands on TV over the past year and it is expected to even get bigger and better as the years go by. Some excited fans who couldn’t hide their joy over how far the show has come took to social media on Saturday to express their delight.
Delonix Naa Okailey Mingle wrote, “Happy anniversary, we’ll always keep watching celebrity fanzoneGh. Big ups to you all.” Isaac O. Wiafe Scotty also wrote, “You girls simply look amazing. Best show on TV. The love is deep, Happy Anniversary.”
Last Saturday’s show was used as an occasion for a reunion on set with former co-host, Caroline Sampson. She joined regular hosts; Akosua Hanson, Jessica Opare Saforo and Chantelle Asante to discuss some trending stories for the week. They also express their appreciation to their viewers and sponsors for supporting the show for the past one year.
A message posted on the Celebrity Fanzone Facebook page also promised a special award package for their followers on social media and viewers. “Today marks the one year anniversary of Celebrity Fanzone.
Thanks so much everyone for being loyal to us. We love you so much that if you call in today to answer a question correctly, you will be one of the 5 people to go on a date with all the three ladies.”
