Charge and jail Mama Gee for romance fraud – Maurice Ampaw

Controversial private legal Practitioner, Maurice Ampaw wants Mama Gee arrested, charged and jailed for romance fraud over the sale of libido boosters and love charms.

According to him, using charms to compel a man fall in love with you is criminal and therefore the culprit ought to be arrested and charged with the offence.

On Kumasi-based Otec Fm monitored by MyNewsGh.com, he said “If women use Juju to charm men then they are violating on the fundamental human rights of the men. We call that romance fraud and the women could be jailed. If I do not love you naturally and you use a charm to influence my decision it means you are engaged in a fraudulent act”

He stressed that Mama Gee herself is perpetrating fraud because if customers buy her product and it does not work, there is no guarantee the money will be refunded.

“The love through the charms is fake and the money they get from their target men is also not genuine. Mama Gee is herself engaging in fraud”, he alleged.

He also advised ladies to stop using the products else Ghanaian men may be forced to look elsewhere for women.

“If this nonsense of charming us does not stop, we will import women into Ghana. “This nonsense must stop. It is even illegal”, the lawyer fumed.
