The prestigious 17th annual Vodafone Ghana music awards comes off tomorrow at the AICC. For sometime now, news has been circulating that this year’s VGMAs won’t be shown live.
Well, there is good news. The following TV stations have so far been confirmed to broadcast this year’s VGMAs.
They include GHONE TV, Joy Prime on Multi TV, UTV, ETV Ghana, Metro TV, ETV GHANA, Viasat One and the almighty GTV.
These channels from 7:10 pm without any technical hitches should start broadcasting the award ceremony live.
The pulse of the nation, GTV will join in the broadcasting from 9:00pm thereabout and will end transmission at exactly 12: 05am but the other channels will telecast the VGMAs from start to end.
Peace Fm will also bring to your door steps live radio transmission with studio discussion from 7:05 pm to the end of the show. Akwasi Aboagye will be in charge.
Guess what? This year’s VGMAs has been given international exposure. To this end, Africa Magic World, TRACE TV, SOUNDCITY and MTV Base all on DSTV will also broadcast the event live.
So buckle up, and enjoy this year’s VGMAs to the maximum. All things being equal, red carpet starts at 7pm and the event proper starts at 8pm
The 17th Edition of the VGMAs will witness performances from Starboi Wizkid, R2bees, Kofi Kinaata, Sarkodie, Adomaa, Stonebwoy, EL, Joe Mettle, Efya among others.
