“The aim was not only for Ghana’s December 08 election, it’s about the principles of leaving together in

African and the whole world”, Chemphe said.

Flava Records has a multi-faceted approach that will drive home the message as effectively as possible.

Chemphe revealed that the campaign came about as an inspiration from God. “God has a message for Africans and this single is on my upcoming album too. Leadership is above presidency. It’s all about moving forward and strengthen our nations”, he said.

In addition, Flava Records has in the pipeline a list of celebrities who will deliver a series of televised public service announcements that will be distributed worldwide through various broadcasters.

Radio stations and TV stations and some selected websites like Ghana Music.com will also be delivering the campaign’s message. The music video has also received good reviews on Ghana Music.com which was produced by Phamous People.

A range of merchandise will soon be available, with all proceeds going towards an NGO which will be disclosed soon.

The One People song was written by Chemphe as well as many special friends. The result is a wonderful song filled with irresistible rhythms, exquisite voices rising up in heart-stopping harmonies and music which serves as reaffirmation of unity which joins one person to the next, one voice to the next, one heart to the next, one continent to the next.

Chemphe demonstrates in a glorious manner on the song that the elements which join all of us far outnumber and far outweigh the factors which divide us.
