Award winning musician Kofi Kinaata has appreciated 2nd runner up of TV3 Talented Kids Season 8 Christian Morgan for increasingly promoting his song ‘Time No Dey’ in the country.

Christian and his management team embarked on a first ‘Thank You Tour’ to acknowledge some key personalities who supported Morgan during the reality show.

The tour began from his school, the Cape Coast School for the Deaf and Blind where Morgan honoured the school with a citation while certificates were also awarded to his school mother Margaret Nketia and his ICT teacher Wilson Abugri for their spectacular attention paid to Morgan before, during and after the competition.

He also donated copies of indomie exercise books he won during the show to the Deaf Unit of the school. The school was grateful and urged his management SpreadLove Home & Abroad to continue drawing attention to persons with disabilities.

In Accra, the team expressed appreciation to a Ghanaian-Liberian family which supported Morgan in cash and kind during the show and is also currently promoting him in Liberian communities.

Favour Dakpo, the mother of the family, said the visit was a chance to enjoy his awesome and inspirational performance.

When the team visited Kofi Kinaata, Morgan presented his yet-to-be-released single ‘Abuburo Kosua’ to him for advice.

Kofi was also thankful to him for promoting his songs to depict the positive impact of his works on humanity.

“My other tracks were ahead of the ‘Time No Dey’ track although a lot of work went into it, but it became more popular after Morgan performed it because DJs started playing it more!”

He perceived his performance with Morgan on the grand finale of the show as an opportunity and hinted his plans to also promote Morgan.

“I promise to feature him and maybe feature on his track, the first time I watched him I was touched by the way he was singing my track so I was glad to be on the same stage with him.”

Moreover the former MP aspirant at the Abetifi Constituency Georgina Opoku (Asor) who was one of his costume providers during the show had her turn later in the evening and was acknowledged with a citation.

The fashion designer, instrumentalist and humanitarian displayed her musical skills to end the first Christian Morgan ‘Thank You Tour’.
