Begoro(ER), Oct. 16, GNA - Mr Akorang Aboagye, Circuit Supervisor of Education for Abuorso Circuit in the Fanteakwa District, had the shock of his life when a snake coiled around his right wrist last Friday. However, the snake did not bite him.

Narrating his ordeal to Ghana News Agency at Begoro, Mr Aboagye said he was on his way to school inspection through the bush when the incident occurred.

He said the rains had made the path to the school bushy and was clearing the path with his hands when suddenly the snake coiled on his right wrist.

Mr Aboagye said he became motionless for almost five minutes before the snake moved away. He appealed to Ghana Education Service to provide circuit supervisors with the requisite logistics to enable them discharge their duties efficiently and effectively.
