Rahim Banda advocates for disaster preventive measures

If the government does not take drastic steps, another flood/fire disaster could devastate the capital of Ghana, young actor Rahim Banda warned government on sunday on ATV.

More research, funding and oversight are needed to help prevent another disaster, concluded the Kumawood Award winning actor who donated some food items and clothes to the June 3 flood/fire disaster victims in Accra over the weekend.

He said some of this things can be prevented so we should put down measures to stop them.

The actor who was on the “Anigyekrom” show together his senior sister Asha Banda revealed at his age he get scared if disaster of this nature hits the capital.

“We shouldn’t wait for things to happen before we act, donate or be of support to people out there. We should do the right thing and keep off things that will make the country go through some of this bad times” Asha Banda noted.
