Musician, Trigmatic says it’s time for Africa to invest in science, technology, health care, and engineering following the COVID-19 pandemic
The world is currently struggling with a deadly virus that has taken thousands of lives with many still dying daily.
However, African countries seem to be struggling with containing the disease.
Reacting to the current development, Trigmatic who is a musician said the virus has exposed Africa and there’s the need for the continent to make better investments going forward.
He said “With all that’s happening, I believe this new awakening will be for Africa and it’s leaders as well. The new Africa must start thinking of investment in science, technology, health care, engineering etc. We must look at building Africa for Africans.
We must come to a place where we decide that we are better than inferior goods, poor services, poor healthcare and follow back syndromes. We must have an agenda to have a free And independent Africa,” he added.
