Star-studded lineups of some of Africa’s best acts are headlining the maiden edition of the BBNZLive-run Afro Beats Festival.
At a press launch held in Accra, organizers said the event is expected to bring together 40 of the best local and international acts, for a weekend of great entertainment.
Some notable mainstream local acts including Shatta Wale, Samini, JaySo, Banky W, Kwabena Kwabena, Cwesi Oteng, and StoneBwoy are on the bill.
Others include DJs Vision, Mic Smith, Kess, Killa Fingers, Armani and Juls.
The event starts on Friday December 13. Parties would be held simultaneously across 10 locations in the Greater Accra Region including Honey Suckle, Shaka Zulu, Rhapsody’s, Champs Bar& Grill, C Longue, Polo Club, +233 Jazz Club, Best Western Premier Hotel, Devino DnD and the La Pleasure Beach.
The main concert comes off at the Independence Square on Saturday December 14.
