Ghanaian musician DJ Azonto has announced his intention to take legal action against DJ Black and Charterhouse for the unauthorized use of his song "Fa No Fom" during the recently held Ghana Music Awards.

According to DJ Azonto, neither Charterhouse nor DJ Black sought his consent or credited him before playing his song at the music awards gala.

He further stated that the unauthorized use of his song "Fa No Fom" not only violates copyright laws but also disrespects his intellectual property rights.

As such, he has no option but to seek legal redress to protect his interests and ensure such actions are not repeated in the future.

DJ Azonto mentioned in an interview that his decision to sue Charterhouse was prompted by the fact that he was not invited to perform on stage or given the opportunity to participate in the event on stage.

This, he said, deprived him of rightful publicity and recognition, as well as the chance to perform on one of the biggest musical stages in Ghana.

DJ Azonto emphasized the importance of respecting the hard work and creativity of artists and is committed to upholding these principles.

However, DJ Azonto did make an appearance on the red carpet, where he captured attention with some striking nursing garb looks.
