All the sexy divas in Africa finally have something to own and jam to.
One of the UK's best disc jockeys, DJ Sawa hooks up with Ghanaian afro-pop musician Deon Boakye and rapper Pappy Kojo for a new classic masterpiece, titled “Yellow Sisi”.
Produced by TubhaniMusik, the song, according to Sawa, “talks about how every nice girl wants to roll with a baller now. This song is to prompt men to grind hard to get themselves sexy girls ‘Yellow Sisi’. Divas wanna roll with ballers and ballers wanna roll with divas.”
Sawa described Deon and Pappy as amazing, humble and unique.
“It feels so good working with these amazing people. I like their style and they don’t try to copy anybody. They are humble people in real life and are always available when you need them. Everything was very smooth working on this project because we all had one common agenda: ‘Go Global’,” he revealed.
Deon Boakye also stated: “DJ Sawa is a great guy and I believe we have the same vision to take Ghana music global. It was fun doing this project with him. Learnt how necessary it is to spread your wings and by collaborating with DJs is one of the factors.”
