Daasebre Gyamenah inspired my music -Bisa K'dei

2015 VGMA highlife artiste of the year Bisa K’dei has reacted to the passing away of highlife musician Daasebre Gyamenah.

He said in a tweet that the late Daasebre Gyamenah was one of the people who inspired his music.

Daasebre Gyamenah, 44, according to his manager Papa Loggy, passed away on Friday while he was on admission at the 37 Military Hospital.

The late highlife artiste was confirmed to have not been well for some time . His mortal remains have been conveyed to Koforidua for an Islamic burial but his family has refused to perform the Islamic burial rites.

According to his family, although Daasebre was a Muslim, he will not be buried in line with Islamic tradition because he was from a royal home.
