Former Accra Hearts of Oak and Great Olympics defender Dan Quaye has named his all-time top 3 Ghana Premier League players; including his name in the list eventually.
Quaye is one of the names that dominated the local top flight league between 1999 and 2006 having had a distinguished career at Hearts of Oak.
The full-back helped Hearts to win 6 league titles as well as the 2004 CAF Confederation Cup.
In an interview with on Citi TV’s The Tracker show, Dan Quaye was asked to name his top 3 players to have ever graced the Ghana Premier League.
In all Dan Quaye names former Hearts colleagues, Stephen Appiah and Charles Taylor (who also played for Asante Kotoko) and also named himself.
