Hush Hush Studios started 6 years ago from the United States of America and Dan represents Hush Hush in Ghana and perhaps Africa. Other three investors namely Mark, Godfred and John also led to the success of this recording studio and still play major roles in running the Studio.
Mr Daniel Adjei, affectionately called ?Dan? by musicians, producers, managers and admirers is the man behind Ghana?s hottest recording studio in Ghana ? Hush Hush Studios runs and also represents Hush Hush Studios in Ghana.
When Hush Hush started it was faced with some problems. First artistes where not coming and those that came too also refused to pay because they did not know the difference between quality and quantity. Now the studio has a lot of artistes flocking there and can boast of having artistes like Daddy Lumba, Naa Agyeman, 4x4, Buk Bak, Obrafour, Nyansapo, Mzbel and more, even foreign musicians from Togo, Cote dIvoire, Nigeria and recently Soul T.
Ghana Music.Com asked Mr Dan what does Hush Hush Studios do that makes that them stand out tall among the other studios in Ghana? He said ?Hush Hush Studios is a state of work in which protobase programming that the foreigners use for mastering their music is used here in Ghana, so here you get rich and quality.? Hush Hush has in its pipeline of launching newly discovered ?Mzbel? and a Cameroonian artist called Fru Ataga after summer or before the end of the year. It is also planning of opening a second branch in Liberia. They also have another branch that deals with Video recordings only called OM Studios.
